I'm an art director and designer with a fine-arts background in drawing and printmaking. The monograms, carved seals and hand-drawn posters come from there. My art practice lives at simaomartinez.com.

2019–2020: art director at SFC Marketing e Comunicação. 2021–2022: designer for Bondlayer, then UX/UI designer at Bondhabits, Porto. 2022–2025: producer, then in-house art director at Maus Hábitos. Since 2018: designer of the 12x12 Festival, co-organiser since 2023.

I work on identity, print and editorial, websites designed and built, custom admin tools, and motion.
